For "notification of purpose of use" or "disclosure," we charge a handling fee of ¥1,000 per application. Please enclose a ¥1,000 postal money order along with the above documents.

If the handling fee is not enclosed as described, we will contact you accordingly, but if payment is not made within the specified period, we will consider the request for disclosure, etc., as not received. Documents submitted will generally not be returned.
